Thanks to many volunteers, athletes, and coaches for making this camp a success! Our fall season has been filled with roller skiing, biking, strength development, x/c running races, and preparation for some early snow camps.
We then hit the snow for a classic and skate workout. We have been lucky to be skiing now for a few weeks!
With an early storm that blanketed much of the province we were able to strap on the skis on local parks and schoolyards. The November long weekend has been the annual date for our early on-‐snow training camp for a few years now.
